At Brennans Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Brennans Pharmacy account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account dashboard and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
